Registration is now open for the cybersecurity challenge for Tor Vergata students: up to €2,400 in prizes
During Tor Vergata “Innovation Day”, the CNIT NAM Lab is organizing a defensive cybersecurity competition open to students in bachelor’s, master’s, and single-cycle degree programs. Each team receives a virtual machine containing an undisclosed number of vulnerabilities and must identify and fix them while keeping the services running.
Registration is individual, teams of up to three are assembled by the organizers, and closes on 2 October 2026, capped at 30 participants. The event takes place on the 7th of October at 12 in room L5 of the Didattica building, Engineering Macroarea (Via del Politecnico 1, Rome). The top three teams receive prizes worth €2,400, €1,600, and €1,000 per team.
